The key to staying in lotion-y motion is to take a deep breath and move forward, using the energy of fear and doubt to keep us alert, until heartfelt joy and excitement bring connection, learning, and clarity.

The thing is, we are complex and changing people born into a com- plex and changing world. Everyone has many parts, gifts, skills, needs, and ways of being. No one is a single story, ever! That means we have the privilege of being naturally expansive, if we embrace all the parts of ourselves. That means we are naturals at managing change, if we let ourselves. This is where creativity and resilience come into the dance.
