Helmet Blower System ALL13020 Remote mount breather system directs filtered, forced air to the driver’s helmet for added comfort and safety. Motor assembly has a mounting bracket for easy mounting to chassis or seat back. 4' helmet hose connects to most helmet fresh air intakes with standard 1-1/4" connector. The 9' extension lead can be easily connected to a switched 12-16 volt source. This system weighs 2-1/4 lbs, and draws 3.5 amps at 13.6 volts, and produces about 90 CFM of air to the driver, providing more than enough air to keep the driver cool and shield clear. Wire Harness Mini Helmet Air System ALL13012 Self-contained, 12-volt fan with reusable filter moves approximately 40-60 CFM of air depending on system voltage. An RF connector allows easy, unrestricted helmet removal. A 14" wire is permanently attached to the fan and accepts the 24" pigtail (included). Pigtail has simple red (+) and black (-) wire hook-ups. Hose Adapter ALL13007 Adapter fits most helmet hoses with 1-1/4" ends and has a 2-3/4" O.D. to fit inside 3" duct style hose or inside some NACA ducts. Adapter may also be mounted in a window opening to funnel air directly to the driver via helmet hose.

Outside air unit is commonly mounted inside the driver compartment on vehicles with win-
dows or closed compartment to provide forced, filtered air to the driver for cooling and to help prevent shield fogging. Intake top can be used with 1-1/4" helmet hose or trimmed to accept larger 3" hose, such as ALL42150, routed to the motor from outside of the car or fastened to a plastic duct, such as ALL42143, for fresh air. Motor has two speeds and is recommended for 12 volt systems. Replacement Parts

Compact inline blower fan connects to 1-1/4" helmet hose and forces air
inside driver’s helmets equipped with an air inlet to help prevent shield fogging and provide air movement. Fan produces 20+ cfm of air flow when used on a 12V system, drawing only 1.3 amps. Two wire pigtail easily connects to a switched 12V power source and a suitable chassis ground.

High-impact, screened ABS vent minimizes the chance of rocks and other debris from entering helmet hose. Vent has a 1/2" wide mounting flange and a centered outlet that accepts most 1-1/4" helmet hoses.
