Weekly Excursions WED | SAT | SUN
WEDNESDAY FULL DAY LONDON Students will break their regular weekday routine and leave the campus for an enjoyable full-day trip to attractions and destinations of a cultural, historic or amusement nature in nearby London. Where possible, course outcomes and tasks will be available to continue student learning outside of the classroom. SATURDAY EXTENDED FULL DAY CITY VISIT Saturday excursions are a full-day trip and include a cultural, touristic or recreational visit to a historic city outside of London, such as Oxford, Cambridge or Canterbury. There will be opportunities for attractions, walking tours and some souvenir shopping before arriving back at campus for a later dinner. SUNDAY FULL DAY LONDON After breakfast, Bede’s Summer School students will embark on a full-day excursion. Sunday excursions are a chance to visit London again and deepen their understanding of the culture and history of the capital city. Sometimes students will take part in off-site activities. They will return in time for dinner and social events in the evening.
