This intensive two-week programme, available at Lancing and Royal Russell, combines practical Business and Innovation projects with classroom-based teaching, group project work and specialised excursions to business organisations. Students will learn to think, behave, and communicate like business leaders. They will develop critical thinking skills to analyse complex problems and make better informed decisions, and learn key networking strategies and interpersonal skills to build strong professional connections. Culture management and women in leadership will feature topics such as addressing biases and navigating culturally diverse workplaces as inclusive leaders. Business ethics will include corporate social responsibility, sustainability, and accountability in decision-making. A look at digital marketing and future workplace trends will provide insights into current best practices and emerging in-demand skills. This will help students anticipate future challenges and prepare for career success. PROGRAMME Available in Lancing and Royal Russell, the course includes 20 hours classroom tuition each week, a fully guided visit to an organisation to gain an insight into the day to day reality of running a business and the opportunity to meet a guest speaker from the corporate world. All sessions are delivered in English with a focus on broadening Business English vocabulary and technical language for course content.
