■ Silesia City Center is the largest shopping center in the Silesian Voivodeship and one of the largest and most recognizable shopping centers in the country. Silesia City Center stands out from the competition with the widest range of fashion brands, including top luxury brands. Silesia also offers a diverse range of services and entertainment (cinema, dance school, fitness studio, restaurants and cafes). The mall was built in 2005 on the site of the former Gottwald mine. After expansion in 2011, the facility currently has over 86,000 m2 of space and houses 300 retail premises and service, catering and entertainment points.
