Gdańsk is located in Northern Poland, on the Baltic Sea, at the mouth of the Motlawa River to the Vistula River, on the Bay of Gdańsk. The city is located in the Pomeranian Voivodeship. With the population of almost half a million residents, Gdańsk is the 6th largest city in Poland, and the 7th in terms of area (263.44 km).
