GOODS RECEIPT & STORAGE

Simply create a supply and disposal work- flow, allowing the AMRs to autonomously pick up and transport goods. The automatic pallet detection feature ensures seamless operation and maximizes autonomy.
LOAD CARRIER HANDLING, PICKING & SUPPLY
Picking onto AMR and supply of production lines.
Start a new workflow by pressing an Easy-button in the HMI on a mobile device or tablet. The AMR automatically provides empty load carriers and operators directly commission onto the AMRs. The goods are then being moved to robot or human operated production lines.
WASTE HANDLING
Disposal of waste containers.
AMRs pick up full waste bins and transport them to the waste disposal area. Open interfaces allow easy communication with peripherals for maximum efficiency.
PACKAGING & SHIPPING
Infeed packaging and transport to shipping area.
The AMR delivers completed pallets to the stretch wrapper and then transports them to their designated location in the shipping area, as directed by the ERP or WMS system.
