LEVEL 2 CUSTOMER SERVICE PRACTITIONER Similarly, Customer Service lies at the heart of every successful business. Often the first point of contact for the customer, these apprenticeships are for those who have a friendly persona with a ‘happy-to-help’ attitude. An apprenticeship in this sector will prioritise your social and personal skills to deliver exceptional customer experiences. From handling customer enquiries to resolving complaints, you'll learn to navigate diverse customer interactions with empathy and efficiency. Both our Level 2 and Level 3 customer service apprenticeships will lay the foundation and give you the skills and knowledge to thrive in any future job role. For example, in the Level 2 Customer Service Practitioner apprenticeship, you’ll gain essential customer service skills for a variety of settings, from face-to-face or phone, to online support. You’ll learn how to handle enquiries confidently, resolve complaints, and deliver a high standard of service. You'll also sharpen your communication, organisation and problem- solving skills, while building professional behaviours like adaptability, teamwork, and ownership of customer outcomes. LEVEL 3 CUSTOMER SERVICE SPECIALIST At Level 3, the Customer Service Specialist apprenticeship, will help you become a customer service expert, dealing with more complex or technical queries and acting as a go-to point for escalation. You’ll develop your ability to analyse customer data, provide insight, and make service improvement recommendations. You’ll also grow your leadership skills, working with IT systems,
handling difficult situations, and contributing to your organisation’s customer-service strategy in a positive and professional way.
