LEVEL 4 ASSOCIATE PROJECT MANAGER If you want to develop practical project management skills, the Associate Project Manager apprenticeship is an excellent next step. It prepares you to support the planning, coordination and delivery of projects with confidence across a range of workplace settings. You’ll build key skills in communication and stakeholder engagement, scheduling and budgeting, risk management and quality control. Through structured training and hands-on experience, you’ll gain a strong understanding
of project tools, governance and teamwork, enabling you to contribute effectively to successful project delivery.
LEVEL 5 OPERATIONS MANAGER
If you want something even more advanced, our Level 5 Operations Manager apprenticeship, will enable you to develop strong leadership and management skills to drive the performance of a team or department. You’ll learn how to plan, organise, and deliver business objectives, manage people and resources, and use data to measure performance and make improvements. The course covers financial planning, project delivery, and decision-making, as well as coaching, mentoring, and developing your team. You’ll also sharpen your professional behaviours, from taking responsibility and being accountable to developing resilience and managing change; giving you the expertise to step into a meaningful management role.
