Watch Leigha describe her Team Leader apprenticeship

“The leadership course was the next step for me, so that I could broaden my knowledge of my role. I’m really enjoying it. It’s very different from any of the other courses I have done. The last apprenticeship I did was 12 years ago in dental nursing, so it’s all very new, but my tutor has been brilliant. Because it’s 1:1 and not in a class, my tutor can work around me, and I use the adult library and come into college once a month on my admin day. Once I’ve finished this apprenticeship, I’m going to look into progressing onto a higher-level programme." LEIGHA Team Leader apprentice at St Annes Dental Clinic
