An apprenticeship in the vibrant world of hair can spark a passion for creativity and self- expression, whilst providing invaluable hands- on experience in this exciting industry. Throughout your hairdressing apprenticeship, you'll have the chance to learn from experienced professionals, developing your skills in cutting, colouring, styling, and client consultation. From mastering classic techniques to staying abreast of the latest trends and innovations, each day presents a new opportunity to expand your range and refine your craft, all whilst building relationships with clients and colleagues. LEVEL 2 HAIR PROFESSIONAL As part of your Level 2 Hair Professional apprenticeship, you will be working in a salon, gaining hands-on experience in a real salon environment. You’ll develop essential skills in cutting, colouring, styling, and finishing, while attending college one day a week to earn a nationally recognised qualification. This blend of practical training and expert-led classroom learning builds a strong foundation in both the technical and creative aspects of hairdressing.
As you work with a variety of clients, you’ll build lasting relationships and gain confidence in delivering personalised, high-quality services. By the end of your apprenticeship, you'll have both a formal qualification and valuable salon experience, preparing you for a successful career in this dynamic and rewarding industry. LEVEL 3 ADVANCED AND CREATIVE HAIR PROFESSIONAL If you wish to progress, or your employer is keen to continue investing in your studies, we offer the Level 3 Advanced and Creative Hair Professional apprenticeship. Throughout this apprenticeship, you will develop expert- level skills in cutting, colouring, styling, and managing the hair and beauty needs of clients. This apprenticeship offers a deep dive into creative hairdressing techniques, including precision cutting, advanced colour correction, and specialist treatments. You will also learn how to create innovative hair designs, offer personalised consultations, and use the latest industry tools and technologies.
