Whether you're leaving high school or college, looking to kickstart your career in healthcare, or you’re an experienced professional seeking a new challenge, our pharmacy apprenticeship programmes offer the perfect platform to achieve your goals. Under the mentorship and guidance of experienced pharmacists and pharmacy technicians, you will gain hands-on experience working in a real pharmacy setting, where you will learn about medication dispensing, inventory management, and customer service. From assisting patients with prescription enquiries, to preparing medications according to strict protocols, apprentices will develop a deep understanding of pharmacy operations while providing vital support to the healthcare team. LEVEL 2 PHARMACY SERVICES ASSISTANT As an apprentice on the Pharmacy Services Assistant Level 2 apprenticeship, you will learn how to support the preparation, supply, and storage of medicines under the supervision of a
registered pharmacist or pharmacy technician. You’ll develop the knowledge and skills needed to process prescriptions accurately, manage stock, and follow strict health, safety, and legal procedures. The apprenticeship also focuses on effective communication, teaching you how to provide excellent customer service, maintain confidentiality, and work confidently with patients and healthcare professionals. By the end of your apprenticeship, you’ll be able to deliver safe and efficient support within a pharmacy setting, playing a vital role in helping people manage their health and wellbeing. LEVEL 3 PHARMACY TECHNICIAN Upon completion of the Level 2 apprenticeship, you may wish to continue your studies and progress onto the Level 3 Pharmacy Technician apprenticeship. You will gain advanced professional skills in managing and supplying medicines and pharmaceutical devices, working under the supervision of a registered pharmacist, and learn how to ensure the safe, effective and efficient provision of pharmacy
