WAREHOUSING

LEVEL 3 WAREHOUSE OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR As an apprentice on the Level 3 Warehouse Operations Supervisor apprenticeship, you will build the leadership, management and operational skills required to oversee day to day supply chain functions in a warehouse or transport environment. You will learn how to manage staff performance, allocate resources, plan workflows, use IT systems to monitor productivity, and ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental and regulatory standards. You will also develop strong customer service and communication skills, lead teams, identify opportunities for process improvement, and take responsibility for delivering operations that meet contractual and organisational objectives. By the end of your apprenticeship, you’ll be well equipped to supervise and optimise warehouse operations, contribute strategically to your business, and progress into higher level management roles. LEVEL 2 SUPPLY CHAIN WAREHOUSE OPERATIVE As a Supply Chain Warehouse Operative Level 2 apprentice, you will gain the skills and knowledge needed to play a key role in the movement, storage and dispatch of goods within a warehouse environment. You’ll learn how to safely load, unload, pick, pack and store products using relevant equipment and warehouse management systems. You will also develop an understanding of health and safety, environmental and sustainability practices, customer service and team working, and how to use IT systems for stock control. By the end of your apprenticeship, you will be well prepared to support efficient warehouse operations and pursue further career opportunities within logistics and supply chain management.
