Higher Apprenticeships (level 4 and above) offer the opportunity to combine advanced, work-based learning with professional qualifications, allowing you to gain both practical experience and in-depth knowledge in your chosen field at a higher level. Unlike entry-level apprenticeships, higher apprenticeships are designed for those who want to develop specialist skills, take on greater responsibility, and accelerate their career development. Many of our higher apprenticeships are delivered in partnership with the Lancashire and Cumbria Institute of Technology (L&CIoT), giving apprentices access to specialist facilities, expert tutors, and industry-relevant training. This partnership ensures that apprentices benefit from cutting-edge resources and real-life experience, helping them develop the advanced skills and knowledge needed to succeed in high- demand roles and progress confidently in their careers.
