WADI SEWING SKILLS AND CUTTING & FITTING

Wadi embarked on a sewing journey to create personalised clothing for her daughter. Starting with basic sewing skills before progressing on to cutting and fitting. Alongside developing her sewing skills, she found a supportive community on her course, forming friendships with like- minded individuals who shared her passion for sewing, in a safe space where they could exchange ideas, support and celebrate each other’s successes. Wadi says, “I have enjoyed these courses very much. The course tutor, Jennifer is a wonderful teacher who knows her craft. Her enthusiasm, patience and kindness has helped me to learn new skills and also understand how to get over the fear of trying something new. I am so glad that I was able to access this course while working full-time and being a mum.”
