This partnership has seen the delivery of a multi-tier training package of accredited and non-accredited programmes, aligned to the strategic and operational objectives of the business. With a commitment to bridging the skills gap, fostering professional development and minimising operational disruption, we have delivered training across multiple sites and on campus, catering to the specific requirements of the business. The suite of training modules have focussed on building knowledge and enhancing skills within building services and the transition to a net zero culture to meet the emerging industry targets; driving energy consumption and carbon efficiencies across the portfolio. Furthermore a Multi-Trade Skills qualification has been delivered to employees, designed to cultivate practical skills, compliance and health and safety for planned and reactive maintenance in joinery, brickwork, plastering, electrical and plumbing.
