The sales-to-listing ratio for townhomes in the Fraser Valley board area, at 24%, reflected a sellers' market. The townhome median price in November was $830,000, a 0.7% increase from October and 4% above November 2022. The average sold price was $825,104, 1.0% below last month; the average PSF sale price was $524, down 1.8% to last month.
