November detached home sales decreased by 12% month-over-month, to 839, and were 4% above November 2022. The sales-to-listing ratio for detached in the Vancouver Region, at 12%, reflected a buyers' market. The detached median price in November was $1,590,000, a 6% decrease from October and 6% above November 2022. The average sold price was $1,880,632, 4% below last month and up 9% to November 2022.
