The sales-to-listing ratio for townhomes in the Greater Vancouver board area, at 24%, reflected a sellers' market. The townhome median price in November was $1,050,900, a 0.1% increase from October and 11% above November 2022. The average sold price was $1,143,777, 1.3% above last month; the average PSF sale price was $785, up 0.2% to last month.
