On the day of the auction, you will need to visit https://www.eigpropertyauctions.co.uk/search/live-stream and click on the 'View Auction' button for the auction that you intend to bid on. Those using telephone and proxy bids can now watch the auction and we will contact you prior to your lot being offered. For online bidders you will be shown a welcome screen – click the 'Sign In' button within the 'Online Bidder' section. You will be asked to confirm your bidding PIN , and once confirmed you will be shown the auction viewing gallery which will display details of the lot being offered, the current bid and the asking price. A 'Place Bid' button will be available only on the lots that you have registered to bid on. If you place a bid online, a message will show whether or not your bid was successful. Andrew Morgan MBE Andrew is one of the most respected and well known estate agents and auctioneers in Bristol having spent a lifetime in residential agency and on the auction rostrum and is recognised as one of the most experienced provincial auctioneers in the country. The GDV generally defines the value and unless you have planning consents for a specific scheme it can often be difficult to judge by both us and your potential buyers – this is the Risk element . Hollis Morgan have created a partnership with planning professionals Stokes Morgan Planning Consultants to offer a complete service to reduce the risks to your buyers and maximise the sale value of your land.

PPA professional planning appraisal

We will provide a professional appraisal of the development potential of the site by qualified Chartered Planners which will include sketch layouts, which buyers will be able to use to give them a better indication on the potential of the site. We find that especially on smaller sites that a professional opinion illustrating a proposed scheme encourages buyers and a higher price is usually achieved .
