PROPOSED INSTALLATION
ElQuator will install 10 units of 10kWh windmill system on the peak of the MKH Boulevard building (as per the next page) The power generates from the wind energy will then be transferred to the dedicated MSB and distributed to the areas where JMB MKH Boulevard plan to utilize it ElQuator will supply direct power to Buena Vida Restaurant and the Basement Parking. This utilization will not be included in JMB MKH Boulevard’s monthly bill JMB MKH Boulevard will determine the power distribution according to the timing and capacity usage for ElQuator to do the setup accordingly ElQuator will bear all the costs incurred to transfer the electricity generated from the system to the MSB Room. All installations shall be handled by a qualified electrical contractor and registered with Energy Commission of Malaysia
