Inclement Weather For your safety, you will be asked to leave the pool immediately when lightning is heard or sighted. Lifeguards will then direct you to our changerooms to wait 20 minutes for recurrence. If there is no recurrence, you will be allowed back in the pool. Lifeguards will wait for a one hour period and if there is no improvement, the facility will be closed. If outdoor temperatures drop below 18 degrees, the facility will be closed. Call 519.688.9011 before coming to the waterpark to ensure that the facility is open. The Town of Tillsonburg will issue a guest pass for those visitors with less than 2 hours of use due to an early closure with a receipt.
