Scott Felps is a Texarkana native who loves his community. He is a 2004 graduate of Pleasant Grove High School, former student of Texarkana College, 2008 graduate of the University of Arkansas with a major in finance and 2010 graduate of the MBA program with Texas A&M- Texarkana. He previously worked as an internal auditor in banking in Little Rock, Arkansas, and in the healthcare field in Denver, Colorado. From a very young age he has wanted to be a leader at his family’s business in downtown Texarkana, Logan Electric. In 2012, he moved back to Texarkana and started to make that dream a reality. Scott serves on the Board of Directors of Main Street Texarkana and is excited about the revitalization efforts underway in our downtown community. He currently resides in Texarkana, Texas with his wife, Dr. Jennifer Davis.

I enjoy seeing local businesses succeed, and I want Texarkana to look like a place where people care.”
