Queenie Miller is an Industrial Engineer Black Belt in the Lean Six Sigma program at Cooper Tire & Rubber Company. Though originally a Mississippi native, the past four years she’s spent in Texarkana have made this city her home away from home. Queenie and her husband Lithopolis, also a Mississippi native, have been married over two years and share a beautiful one-year-old daughter together. Queenie’s passions include spending time with her family, traveling and volunteerism.

“Leadership Texarkana has been nothing short of amazing! I have always liked the town of Texarkana, but going through this program has shown me exactly what there is to love. My mission moving forward is to enlighten others on these hidden treasures and encourage them to take pride in their city too. I will continue to be of service by volunteering my personal time to various community efforts as well as use my position at work to help raise funds for non-profit organizations. As I continue to grow personally and professionally, I will be purposeful in my engagements so that I can be a part of the solution to the question “where are we going?”
