2024 BOOKLISTS:
MEET AND GREET
PRIMARY STUDENTS: All Prep - Year 6 Book packs will be distributed by the classroom teacher.
Tuesday 30 January 2024 from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm
SECONDARY STUDENTS All Year 7 - 12 Booklists have been emailed to families, or alternatively can be found at http://www.thelakes.edu.au/booklist - 7 - 9.html or http://www.thelakes.edu.au/booklist - 10 - 12.html.
PREP - YEAR 10 FAMILIES:
Parents/Carers are required to meet with
All BOOKLIST orders are to be completed online via www.campion.com.au by Friday 15 th December 2023.

EDUCATION PERFECT SUBSCRIPTION YEARS 7 - YEAR 10 STUDENTS:/
to share information regarding your child ’ s learning program and information for 2024. Appointments are in 15 minutes blocks and bookings can be made via Sentral. (Prep parents/carers will receive separate interview times - see information below).
Please note all students from Year 7 - 10 have been asked to purchase an Education Perfect subscription for the start of 2024. Once purchased, the subscription and login details will be distributed by the school in Term 1. This subscription will be used across multiple subject areas including: Languages, Maths, Science, English, Humanities, Digital Technologies & Health & PE.
A hybrid model will be offered - onsite or online via Teams.
Bookings open on Friday, January 19 @ 9 am. Please mark this time in your diary.
STUDENTS LEAVING AT THE END OF 2023
VCE FAMILIES:

Students and families will be required to attend a VCE information session between 4.30 - 5.30pm.
If your child / children are not returning to the Lakes in 2024, please ensure that you have notified either the Primary Campus office or the Secondary Campus office.

Students and families will then have the opportunity to meet the VCE teachers of 2024 between 5.30 - 6.00pm.
NO HAT - NO PLAY We will be enforcing our ‘ No Hat, No Play ’ policy in Term 4 on the Primary Campus. Wide - brimmed hats (with the school logo), are available at the uniform shop.
HOW TO BOOK AN APPOINTMENT

Log onto your Parent Portal on SENTRAL https://sentral.thelakes.edu.au/portal/login

You will be able to see the 2024 Teacher surname list to choose from

Click on a teacher(s) that you will be required to meet
STAY CONNECTED The Sentral Parent Portal is the primary method for home - school communications at The Lakes. We are excited to say that most families have access to the Parent Portal. The portal allows students and parents\carers to keep up to date with important information and communication.

Click on a suitable and available time for all teachers you are meeting
5.
SAVE on completion to lock in the times
6.
You can change your appointment times by re - visiting the parent portal website – https://sentral.thelakes.edu.au/portal/login. (subject to availability).
