Synchronization for fittings S40/80/100

Synchronization procedure 1. Mount the synchro pulleys on both ends of the upper profile (after sliding the runners and brakes). 2. Screw the bracket C and the wire tensioner A, B onto the door (as shown). 3. Hang the door and adjust it. 4. Thread the wire over both pulleys. Secure one end with holder A, thread the other end through the tensioning screw and secure with a worm. Then ti- ghten the cable and secure with holder B. Shorten the cable approx. 2 cm behind the holder. 5. Move the door to the required position and secure the cable - holder C.

Upper runner assembly Fit the runner and screw the screws into the holes of the runner
Brake assembly and pressure adjustment Insert the brake into the profile, secure with screws 1 and 2, set the pressure with Allen screw 3
Lower guide assembly Adjust the guide to the groove and screw the screws into the holes
