Estates related professional qualification e.g. MRICS, MCIOB,MBIFM or working towards (the post holder will be expected to achieve a professional qualification within a reasonable timescale). X Significant relevant experience working in a building surveying or building maintenance role. X Knowledge of CAFM and AutoCAD systems.
