FROM THE GENERAL MANAGER
Misty Goacher has been promoted to the position of Dining Room Manager. Misty brings years of experience and a keen eye for detail to ensure a consistent and high-quality dining experience for all members. Ed Searfoss has taken on the role of Bar Manager. Ed’s beverage management and customer service expertise will be instrumental in elevating the bar experience at Tonto Verde. Bethany Gattis has been appointed as the new Training Supervisor. Bethany will focus on developing and implementing comprehensive training procedures for all team members, ensuring that staff are well-prepared to deliver exceptional service.
The Tonto Verde Board of Directors charges the House and Grounds Committee with maintaining and improving Homeowner Association membership satisfaction with the overall Clubhouse and Grounds and with specific Tonto Verde facilities and services. This committee does not make decisions that bind the Association. Its purpose is to make recommendations to the Board and General Manager. H&G COMMITTEE CALL FOR NEW COMMITTEE MEMBERS: The H&G Committee is looking for residents interested in serving on it. The committee meets for several hours on one Monday each month from October through April to discuss areas of concern, assign tasks, prioritize activities, and vote on recommended proposals. We congratulate Misty, Ed, and Bethany on their new roles and look forward to the positive impact their leadership will bring to our operations. Our team remains committed to providing an outstanding dining experience and will continue to seek member feedback to ensure ongoing improvements. The new leadership team has already begun developing and rolling out enhanced training procedures aimed at improving the consistency and quality of food and service. These changes are expected to address the concerns raised in the survey and set a new standard of excellence in the food and beverage operations at Tonto Verde.
