Located on a prominent corner site in Pall Mall, the restaurant offers a modern European dining experience set within a striking space designed by Jim Hamilton. Wild Honey St James presents a daily changing menu combining classic French techniques with the finest seasonal British produce. Each dish reflects Anthony Demetre’s innovative approach to modern European cuisine. The drinks menu features a distinctive highlight: Anthony’s own Wild Honey Vermouth, a complex blend of 19 botanicals, including floral, bitter, aromatic, and earthy notes.
