COURT OPERATIONS REFLECTIONS FROM
As the Colonel over Court Operations, I am committed—both organizationally and personally— to engaging with transparency, dedication to excellence, and respect for all who conduct business at our courthouses. During the past year, we conducted a comprehensive assessment of all areas of Court Operations and implemented changes aligned with our mission, core values, and strategic goals. This ongoing process ensures we provide the highest level of service to the residents of Henry County. We also strengthened relationships of cooperation and trust with our Judges, courthouse occupants, and local law enforcement partners, reinforcing our commitment to collaboration. Our deputies are service-driven and constantly seek ways to enhance the overall safety and security of Henry County courthouses. Looking ahead, I am filled with optimism for 2025 and beyond. With the continued support of our community, courthouse occupants, and the dedication of our outstanding deputies and bailiffs, we will continue to serve the citizens of
Henry County with character, honesty, accountability, integrity, and respect.
