Monica Cleaves is an Executive Administrative Coordinator at the Henry County Sheriff's Office, Field and Support Operations, a role she has excelled in since October 2021. Known for her exceptional organizational skills, Monica ensures that the office operates smoothly and efficiently, supporting both leadership and staff. Her ability to handle complex tasks, manage administrative workflows, and provide valuable insights into management has made her an invaluable asset to her team. She is celebrated for her professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to supporting the mission of the Henry County Sheriff’s Office. Monica is a dynamic professional making strides in both academia and public service. With a keen focus on advancing her expertise in Business Management, she began her Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) program at Walden University in May 2024. Her journey in business education has been marked by continuous growth, highlighted by her Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Human Resources Management, which she completed in October 2023 at Walden University.

She further bolstered her credentials with a Certified Business Administration Professional designation, also from Walden, solidifying her as a knowledgeable and skilled professional in her field. the psychological aspects of business began with her Bachelor of Science she received in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Troy University, which she pursued from 2016 to 2020. This degree not only gave her insights into the behavioral dynamics of organizations but also laid the groundwork for her HR- focused path.
