WHat does Speaking up mean ?
Ethos encourages employees to report suspected violations of this Code, company policies, or other state, federal, or local laws and regulations, and will not retaliate against employees who do so in good faith. Any employee who believes that they have witnessed or been subjected to a violation of this Code, laws, regulations, or other ethical concerns, should report the matter to their supervisor, Human Resources, or the Ethics Hotline.
Q. Will I face retaliation for reporting a concern?
A. The company strictly prohibits retaliation against any employee who reports a concern in good faith or cooperates with an investigation in good faith. Retaliation in any form is strictly prohibited and will result in disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment.
