After high school, Thaddus's journey continued at St. Clair County Community College, where he dominated the court, averaging over 23 points and 4 assists per game as a sophomore. His success at the junior college level paved the way for a trans- fer to Fairmont State University, where he further honed his skills. At Fairmont State, he became a scoring machine, averaging 25.4 points per game as a senior and earning a place in the university's Hall of Fame. Despite going undrafted in the 2009 NBA draft, McFadden's resilience and talent took him over- seas, where he played for several European teams, including stints in the Czech Republic, Germany, Cyprus, and Spain.
