Product Warranty All wood doors manufactured by Eagle Architectural Door (EAD) listed below are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship from the date of purchase from EAD, subject to the following terms, conditions, tolerances and exclusions. Purchase order, invoice number, or sales order number must be presented in order to claim any warranty or replacement. The company's maximum liability is limited to repair or replace the door, should in any case it is determined to be defective or failed to conform to this published warranty. Doors for repair or replacement will not be accepted unless we have given prior authorization for the return. Upon receipt of the defective products, we will determine whether we can repair or replace the doors. Otherwise, we will notify the customer and refund the full purchase price of the doors. We will not be liable for refinishing, removal, or any other cost related to the repair, replacement, or refund. The purchaser, upon receipt of the doors, should inspect each door and any claim in written notice must be received by Eagle Architectural Door (EAD) within 30 days after receipt of doors. Failure to do so shall automatically revoke any obligation from the manufacturer, and the warranty would be null and void. Furthermore, EAD will not be liable for any doors repaired or replaced without its prior written consent.

TOLERANCES • Size tolerance: ± 1/16" thickness, ± 1/16" length, ± 1/16" width, ± 1/16" ± 1/16" prefit width. • Squareness tolerance diagonal measurement difference will not exceed 1/8". • Stile, rail, and show-through (telegraphing) on doors will not be considered as a defect unless the face of the door vary from a true plane in excess of 1/100 inch in any three-inch span. • Warp will not be considered as a defect unless it exceeds 1/4" in the plane of the door itself. For 1 3/4" doors of thicker, warp will not exceed 1/4" in doors 3670 or smaller, nor it will exceed 1/4" in any 3670 section of larger doors. For doors less than 1 3/4" thick, warp will not exceed 1/4" in doors 3070 or smaller. Warp is measured by placing a straight edge of the concave face and determining the maximum distance from straight edge to door face.
