For Particleboard Core Construction : • All doors up to 7’11”: 2” Top and Bottom Rails, 2” Stiles on both sides Max cutoff to sustain fire rating: 1” • All doors 8’0” and above: 6” Top and Bottom Rails, 2” Stiles on both sides Max cutoff to sustain fire rating: 4” For Mineral Core Construction : • All doors up to 7’11”: 4” Top and Bottom Rails, 2” Stiles on both sides Max cutoff to sustain fire rating: 1” • All doors 8’0” and above: 6” Top and Bottom Rails, 2” Stiles on both sides Max cutoff to sustain fire rating: 2” • Undercut Options: 3/4” Undercut or Full Size (no undercut) • All doors B2 3/16 (bevel both sides 3/32” each side)
• Extra Heavy Duty Particleboard Core (20-Minute) and Flush Mineral Core (90-Minute) Construction • See Catalog pages 7-9 for core construction specifications • Machining, labeling, and undercutting charges for full size doors listed on page E13 • Doors rated for pair doors • 3⁄4” Undercut doors are undersized by 7⁄8”, allowing 1⁄8” clearance at top and 3⁄4” at bottom
