The con text here is the total lack of any profitability in trying to combine idol worship with the worship of our Lord (I Corinthians 10:16-22). These are some very basic prin
ciples which should govern our lives. Everything in life may be pos sible for our involvement but the question is — will it “build up"? (This is what the word “edify" means.) We should come to the point where we will concentrate on the other person rather than on ourselves (vs. 24). If we could say
