It’s been a great delight to be associated with HSO for so many years now. The team and culture is an absolute honour to be part of. Everyone shares the same vision and dedication towards a common goal. The company aims to empower their employees through training, support and career opportunities so that everyone achieves all that they are capable of and more regardless of background, culture or heritage. HSO is always conscious of their employees’ health and happiness by offering health check-ups and wellbeing sessions.

Having had no prior experience with Microsoft AX/Dynamics products before joining HSO, the training I received on the Masterclass and beyond gave me the best possible start at the company. This training gave me a wide base of knowledge on the technology that HSO offers, as well as preparing me for communicating with clients largely through simulating project scenarios and role play. On the Masterclass I enjoyed that there was a strong focus on both personal and professional development – this focus has continued and has helped me to quickly become a valued member of my project team.

I had a good feeling about HSO. The family feel, the team culture with regular get-togethers, that I would be valued, they cared, the feeling it was going places and was keeping ahead of technological fast pace. Was my heart right, well 5 years and 3 promotions later I can honestly say I’m happy and HSO is living up to my expectations.
