Sterling gamers in two divisions, Youth (ages 8 - 12) and Teen (Ages 13 - 18), will compete against opponents in - town and from the neighboring communities of Grafton, Hudson, Leominster, Shrewsbury, Southborough, Upton, and Westboro. League is being run in conjunction with GG Leagues recreational eSports gaming site.
REQUIRED necessary equipment : -- You need to own the specific game -- You need to own the game system -- You need an Internet connection to play the games online -- You need to have the online gaming account (ie, Playstation Plus, Xbox Live) -- You also will need to register with GG Leagues Gaming Systems
LEAGUE DETAILS : -- All registration will take place on GGLeagues' website
-- Games will be overseen by GGLeaegue admins and referees -- Questions/concerns while playing will be handled by GGLeagues
-- Seasons will last 6 weeks of regular play with 1 week of playoffs and 1 week championships (8 weeks total). -- All leagues will be broken down based on skill level to provide an even playing field for all players, where applicable. -- Regular season games will last up to an hour -- For the playoffs, the top 4 teams will play a single elimination playoff bracket. Playoffs typically run for 3 hours for the winning teams, so please plan accordingly. *All organized, online, competitive game play is scheduled weekly through this GG Leagues System. Through this system, all players will be able to see and access the league bracket, submit their scores, report wins/losses and will need to upload a screen shot of the endgame score report.
