With the legislative session right around the corner beginning on April 14, LSMS lobbyists have been hard at work preparing and reviewing pre-filled bills. Even though it is a Fiscal Session, legislators can submit 5 additional bills on any subject. Already filed legislation includes workers compensation rate setting, medical price transparency, off label prescribing and mandated CME subject matter.
