HOW TO ENTER THE RENTAL POOL PROGRAM 1. PURCHASE PARK MODEL INSURANCE Estimated added coverage should be $500K Liability / $1 Million Aggregate. Please consult your insurance provider to obtain actual quotes. 2. BLOCK OUT YOUR DATES Maximum of 180 days per calendar year. All other dates not blocked out, will be eligible for the rental pool. 3. SIGN THE RENTAL AGREEMENT A separate Rental Agreement must be signed by all cabin cabin owners wishing to add their home to the Village Camp rental pool. 4. ADD AN OWNERS CABINET If desired, cabin owners will be responsible for providing a ‘locked cabinet’ for their personal items not intended for Rental needs. THINGS TO NOTE: The Resort Fee is $695* per month for the first year of ownership. This fee helps us provide unique experiences and events for our owners. Note: Resort fee is subject to change year to year.* Village Camp Management is responsible for booking and cleaning your Cabin while in the Rental Pool. NOTE: Any expenses incurred over and beyond will be the responsibility of the cabin owner. There is a credit card fee of 3% for all reservations on Cabin Rentals. This will calculated from the Cabin owners adjusted gross revenue. You will receive a monthly statement detailing monthly expenses, added expenses incurred, dates Cabin is rented and amount of revenue generated.
