Thank You for taking time to consider our offering, we value your business and take the responsibilities that come with being your genetic supplier very seriously. Times are good in the cattle business, better than ever, and it appears feeder cattle supplies will remain limited through next year at least. These bulls were selected from our largest calf crop to date and have been sorted extensively to insure they will meet your needs and withstand your scrutiny. As I write this, we just shipped steers that are contemporaries to the 2 year old bulls from the feedlot and are still a little shocked at the value of a fat steer today. Our philosophy has not changed in the least, generate as much output relative to input as possible with consistent selection for increased carcass weight while maintaining cows that thrive in a year-round grazing system. Demand is increasing for both feeder cattle and females with these genetics, please let us know when you have cattle to market. The Angus bulls are registered with the American Angus Association, and their EPDs and genomic data are current as of the week of January 1. The SimAngus bulls are registered with the American Simmental Association, and thus their EPDs compare directly to one another, but not directly with the registered Angus bulls. These bulls have never been pampered, fitted, or fed hard – just like our cowherds. They are ready for heavy use.
