ASTERN PA — The Colliers Logistics & Transportation team for Eastern Pennsylvania of Mark Chubb, Michael Zerbe, Summer Coulter announced two recently com- pleted transactions: The team has successfully leased 341,400 s/f of distribu- tion and fulfillment space at 3895 Eastgate Blvd. in the First 33 Commerce Center in Easton, PA to Los Angeles- based GOAT Group on behalf of First Industrial Real Estate . GOAT (an acronym for “Greatest of All Time”) is a global online marketplace of sneaker, apparel and acces- sories for both primary and re- sale markets. The e-commerce company, founded in 2015 has been on a meteoric rise, pro- cessing more than $2 billion in sales last year. The firm counts 30 million members who visit its website to score hard-to- find and luxury products via its powerful and disruptive global technology platform. IVYLAND, PA — Roddy Inc. , the Bensalem, PA in- dustrial and commercial real estate brokerage firm, an- nounced that it represent- ed 154 Railroad Drive, LLC in the leasing of the 36,856 s/f building located at 154 Railroad Dr., Ivyland, PA to SZ Wholesale Inc. Robert Olender and Sean Durkin facilitated the transaction. SZ Wholesale Inc., estab- lished in 2017, is a cigar and tobacco products distributor in Bucks County.
