A 249,943 s/f regional shopping center Wolfson Group breaks ground onOak Tree Plaza E
GG HARBOR, PA — Wolfson Group, Inc ., developer of the new Oak Tree Plaza Shop- ping Center planned at a major crossroads in Egg Harbor Township, NJ, hosted a groundbreaking ceremony on Wednesday, September 7. The Ceremony officially launched construction of Oak Tree Plaza, a regional shop- ping center of 249,943 s/f, situated at the intersections of Black Horse Pike, Fire Rd. and Old Egg Harbor Rd. A Walmart Supercenter of ap- proximately 188,463 s/f will anchor the Center, as well as additional retail tenants and restaurants. Oak Tree Plaza is expected to open in summer 2017. Steven Wolfson , chair- man and CEO of Wolfson Group, participated in the traditional groundbreak- ing shovel ceremony that typically kicks off real estate development construction, accompanied by local legisla- tors and committee members. Demonstrating the breadth of Township support for the project, guests included Egg Harbor Mayor James “Sonny” McCullough, Deputy Mayor Paul Hodson, Township Ad-

ministrator Peter Miller, and Township Committee Members Jos Cafero, Frank Finnerty, and Laura Pfrom- mer, plus Planning Board Members Paul Rosenberg, Dan Pittaro, Bob Levy, Frank Kearns, and Manny Apon- te. Additionally, Leo Schof- fer, Bill Elliott, Paul Chan, Cherie Burgan, and Joanne Dearden will represent the Township’s Economic Devel- opment Commission. nizing the many benefits that this regional develop- ment project will bring to residents in Egg Harbor and surrounding communities.
