JHC Programme:
To be pre-determined by the Genco Construction project team. The ground works to be undertaken subject to the Genco Construction agreement
• This may change due to unforeseen circumstances .
Access & egress into will be via the main entrance. All operatives will sign in/ out accordingly as per the Tesco security procedure(s). Material access will be transported into the public areas manually. This will be pre- agreed with Genco Construction project team prior.
Access & Egress
Working Hours:
All works will be undertaken during the pre-agreed hours. The following working times have been agreed and will be adhered to by the JHC team. JHC will allow sufficient time to tidy, and make safe their working areas, prior to the site closing times.
Regular engagement between the Genco Construction project team, Tesco, neighbours and local authorities will be undertaken prior to works commencing. Any issued raised will be communicated to JHC. Working activities will strictly be undertaken during the agreed times, which will minimise our impact on members of the public, local businesses, and the building tenants.
Local Factors Considered:
The project is within close proximity of the local residents and businesses. Noisy work will only be permitted subject to Tesco s agreement/ approval.
Lighting
Suitable and sufficient lighting will be provided by the Genco Construction team.
Electricity
Where practicable, the JHC team will use battery powered tools. However, if this cannot be achieved then 110v power tools will be used. All electrical items will be PA tested, and records will be filed within the JHC safety folder & head office.
