Asbestos exposure
JHC will obtain an asbestos (ACMs) survey from the project team prior to undertaking works, which will identify the known locations (if applicable) JHC operatives will be trained to identify ACMs, and upon suspected identification JHC operatives will immediately stop works, leave the area and notify the project team. The area must be inaccessible to all persons

Injuries to member of the public
JHCs working activities are being undertaken during normal working hours, and it’s not foreseen that member s of the public will be impacted by our operations. JHC will plan works in advance and develop a safe system of works to minimise our impact on the public and local businesses.
Visitors will not be authorised into the JHC working area unless they have received an induction by the project team
JHC equipment will be erected and dismantled within the segregation area, and away from the public domain.
JHC will not store materials within public domain at anytime
Deliveries will be undertaken within the designated loading bay, which is segregated from the public domain
