A. Financial Statement – September 30, 2020 Financial statements for September have been reviewed by Treasurer Hare, President Farmer, and Director Leahy. Revenues are slightly down due to reduced rentals and sales commissions. A Motion was made by Treasurer Hare for the Board to ratify the review of the September financials. Second- Vice President Renoe Approved - Unanimously Secretary’s Report Secretary Barber reported the receiving emails regarding the West Room & the Quilting group, proposed dog park area, lock out of the ES Kitchen, speeding contractors, tennis nets at satellite locations, laundry product concerns, dead hedges and washer/ dryer access and usage. GM Vitrano discussed the number of projects that have been completed to date, and those still pending. Of the 18 projects, 12 were completed. Incomplete projects are primarily due to equipment shipping delays. B. Activities Plan for COVID GM Vitrano discussed the plan moving forward for events being both indoor and outdoor. President Farmer commented about personal responsibility, mask wearing and self-cleaning of your seating area.
