Rule Changes- 1 st Reading La Palma & El Saguaro Kitchens President Farmer discussed the current rules for ES Kitchen access and proposed changes. A motion was made by Vice President Renoe to approve the 1 st Reading of the amended La Palma and El Saguaro Kitchen rules and publish them for 28 days as required by law. Second: Director Boudin Approved: Majority Approve (Boudin, Barber, Renoe, Farmer) Disapprove (McCune, Leahy, Hare) B. Election Rule Changes The Board discussed the need to revise ORPS Election Rules to comply with newly changed State Law . A motion was made by President Farmer to approve the 1 st Reading of the amended Election rules and publish them for 28 days as required by law. Second: Vice President Renoe Approved Unanimously Discussion A. Room Use Guidelines President Farmer reported on the reason for Board discussion on the possible need to change the current meeting room usage guidelines. The Board discussed with Owner contributions and it was agreed that no action will be taken unless it is brought up to the Board again. B. Administrative Policies & Procedures President Farmer discussed the review and update of the Administrative Policies & Procedures. The Board decided to set up a Zoom meeting with the Board and Management, open to all owners to listen, where we would go through the Master document with the goal of coming up with a final version that could be submitted for a first reading. At the same meeting, review the Resolutions to determine any required actions. Add the proposed Club rules into the Administrative Policies and Procedures master document. Develop a Resolution that would dissolve the Tennis and Pickleball Committees and convert them to Clubs. C. Pavement Management Plan The Board Agreed to set up a Special Meeting to discuss the Pavement Management Plan. A walk-through tour will be scheduled to discuss the condition and any issues of the roadways within ORPS.
