Emma Jones CBE is an authority on small business and enterprise. She founded Enterprise Nation after selling her first business to Tenon plc. She was a co-founder of national enterprise campaign StartUp Britain. She ran the private sector-funded and Government-backed campaign as CEO from 2011 to 2014. Emma is also the author of bestselling business books. Wing Commander Andy Green OBE is a Royal Air Force fighter pilot and holder of the World Land Speed Record. A veteran of combat theatres around the world, he has commanded Royal Air Force operations in both Iraq and Afghanistan. He is ‘The Fastest Man on Earth,’ and the first person to break the sound barrier on land. He will attempt to break the record again in the new BLOODHOUND SuperSonic Car.

Roger Proctor MBE is a marketing communications, design and brand specialist. Founder of the award- winning Bristol-based marketing, design and communications agency, Proctor + Stevenson. established in 1979. He is an advocate of design as a catalyst for positive change economically, culturally and socially, particularly in the South West of England. Rob Law MBE is the founder and CEO of Trunki, the brand behind the much-loved ride- on suitcase for tots. Rob is an inspiring example of a British entrepreneur who through grit, passion and real belief built the global brand Trunki. From an idea over 20 years ago, a famous rejection on Dragons’ Den to selling over 4 million ride-on suitcases. The company has won over 120 awards within the design, trade, consumer and business sectors.

Professor Dimo Dimov is Professor of Entrepreneurship and Innovation at University of Bath. He has been recognised among the top 100 professors of entrepreneurship worldwide. Dimo holds a PhD in Entrepreneurship from London Business School and an MBA from Case Western Reserve University (USA) and the CEU Graduate School of Business (Hungary). Dimo’s research focuses on entrepreneurial thinking, process, and practice. He is co-founder of Kinetic Thinking, a validated framework for personal and organisational development. Ajith Jayawickrema started in business in Sri Lanka reconditioning abandoned fridges. He opened the first Latin American-themed Las Iguanas, with a £10k bank loan in 1991 pretending it was to buy a car. It became a well-known restaurant chain around the UK. He sold it in 2015 for £80m. In 2010 he co-founded Turtle Bay - the casual dining Caribbean restaurant aimed at the mainstream market. Again, this has experienced huge growth and employs thousands of staff across 42 venues. .
