She was the CEO and Executive Chairman of the High and Mighty Group, a Former Vistage Chair for the South West and a Children’s Charity Trustee. She is also the CEO and Founder of The Pier Group and Keynote Speaker. She specialities as Brand Creation, Strategy, International Business, Leadership and Team Mentoring.
Sunjay Singh co-founded LifeMedia UK aged 18 and today is a rising star in video production. At EVO Ultra, he spoke about his passion for diversity in business. LifeMedia UK helps marketers generate leads and business owners grow their business through the power of video marketing. He received a First Class in Genetics at The University of The West of England.
Mark Wright is an influential entrepreneur and self-taught digital marketing specialist, renowned for his success in winning BBC’s The Apprentice 2014. Andrew Knight is the Founder and Principal Consultant at The Spark Company, an expert HR and Change Consultancy. Andrew believes that putting people first leads to better businesses so he founded The Spark Company with a mission to make work more human. Andrew is a Chartered Fellow if the CIPD, and a Non- Executive Director and the Chair of the Board at Taff, a Cardiff-based housing association providing great homes, improving lives and creating positive change in our communities.

Rayner Davies was, until 2022, the Managing Director and Co Founder of A&R Services. She is a multi- award winning entrepreneur, a Great British Business Woman Finalist 2021, an Amazon best seller and the Woman of the Year 2020. In 2019 she won the Institute of Directors Family Businessperson of the Year. In 2022 she sold a large stake in the business she co-founded and is beginning new adventures starting in property.
