→ Leader welcomes, introduces the theme and any new Members/Group News → Short ‘status update’ on both a member ’s business and personal performance over the last month + have they reached agreed goal
→ An external guest expert speaker on the meeting’s theme: fireside chat/or presentation with Q & A → Member Spotlight # 2: 20 mins of whole group ‘masterminding’ a Member ’s specific question/challenge (chaired by Sir Peter or Ian) → One to One # 2 - 15 minutes + accountability partner lock-in for next month → Each member explains their partner ’s agreed goal to group for the next meeting
